She spent years in the hospitality industry, where she learned the importance of treating each person as a valued guest. Rachel then took time off from the professional world to start and raise her family. She now lives in central Minnesota with her husband and four children. Together they enjoy playing games, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
