Alisha Soule
Principal
Alisha Soule is a dedicated and driven leader with 25 years of experience in fundraising, program development, organizational development, and communications with nonprofit organizations. She specializes in grant development, major donor efforts/programs, building effective fundraising programs, program development and evaluation, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and crafting a story and case for support.
Alisha has worked for, and consulted with, both large and small non-profits ranging from start-ups to $70M organizations. She is a strategic big picture thinker and understands the technical details of day-to-day operations, having been a one-person shop as well as managed large teams in senior leadership roles. Throughout her vocational journey, she has been honored to secure tens of millions of dollars for organizations, helping them fulfill their mission and continue their great work on the front lines.
During her career, Alisha has written and administered hundreds of grants, implemented all aspects of comprehensive fundraising programs, established deep long-term relationships, created unique partnerships between for-profit and nonprofit entities, served on the leadership team of multiple campaigns, and crafted the story and case for many nonprofits and programs. She has led, or been involved with, numerous strategic planning processes as well as organizational and divisional efforts to build effectiveness and efficiency.
Alisha is also a speaker, presenter, and teacher. She has developed and delivered over fifty workshops/seminars, and taught several courses, in the areas of fundraising and development. Alisha holds a M.S. in Organizational/Industrial Psychology and Program Evaluation, and a B.S. in Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
Alisha is a strong advocate of mission-driven organizations and believes that walking alongside those who are struggling or in need is one of the greatest acts of compassion we can embody. She considers it a privilege to give her time and resources to help organizations achieve their critical work in serving others. Alisha lives in Scandia, MN, a northern suburb of the Twin Cities, with her husband and three children.
